WHAT IS THE DAY OF THE SWAN?
DoTS is our Guild's biggest event of the year - a 24-hour, multi-segment conference, where we look to the past, understand the present and contemplate the future. It was conceived as kind of a yearbook to look at what way it accomplished after the first year of being together.. This is our third edition.
DoTS is structured on a theme, & different members of the Guild present their ideas, concepts, creation, art and science. There is no prescribed format for any of the sessions, it's wide open, that's what makes it exciting. We won't know the shape of the show, until It's delivered
WHO IS THE DAY OF THE SWAN?
Our global-best group of DoTS thought leaders, presenters, builders and faculty is eclectic.and range across disciplines. They are authors, scientists, medical professionals, designers, programmers, strategists, consultants, innovators, entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs, mixologists, magicians, wanderers, adventurers, thinkers, makers, doers and curious others..
All who all want to share in what they're doing with others in the Guild. 30 to 60 minute sessions are open to all those who submit ideas and concepts for the time. Access is open to members, prospective new members & non-members of the Guild. All presentations align to the values and follow the editorial policies of the Guild
WHY DO THE DAY OF THE SWAN?
DoTS brings together our mission of making sense of the world's biggest challenges into one intensive experience. It consolidates and highlights our work with content, events, intelligence learning, networking and ventures.
it gathering of thought leaders and thought creation and community of what's been done in the past and what helps produce the future. We do it to exercise collective intelligence & collective caring. It's a mission, and punctuation all at once. It seems like a lens to the world to make sense of it all.
HOW DO WE DAY OF THE SWAN?
The Guild does real-time events all the time, over 60+ per year.. doTs is the first of our 4 Marquee multi-hour events happening in May, June, August and November.. Since the start, we have operated these as free events, live on Zoom and syndicated on YouTube.
We are all professionals that hold many business cards. All the presenters, producers and organizers consider the Guild a special kind of global "fifth place" where they share, learn, experience and aspire together. with people that like to go deeper, act bolder and sense wiser. And hopefully, make the world a little bit better than it was before.
