2020 provided an important reappraisal of what we value personally and what we value professionally and as a consequence what we will demand of our leaders in the future. Perhaps the signs were happening well in advance of COVID, but the levers to influence, power and governance have swung widely in the last 13-14 months to one that is more authentic, adaptive, human and purposeful. Let’s discuss these and other aspects to a new leadership paradigm that will appear as we emerge back to some new world post-pandemic.
